Refund policy
Thank you for purchase at Star Gifts. We hope you are happy with this purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund within 30 Days. We will refund your purchase with the same payment method you used when paying.
Returns
We are unfortunately unable to offer free returns postage, as if we did, we would have to increase the price of our products. Please have order number on or inside the returned package. All returned items including original brand packaging must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Unfortunately earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Special & made to order items can not be refunded.
To return an item, place the item securely in a sealed package and include your order number or proof of purchase and mail your return by postal service only to the following address. Star Gifts Returns Department, Star Gifts, Iveragh Road, Killorglin, County Kerry. V93A990. Rep of Ireland.

Customer can return their online order directly to the Star Gifts store for a refund. A copy of the email confirmation will be required.
If you can't find your order number or have any questions please email us. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable. Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.
Exchange
All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please re-order your items online.
